Hello, my name is Mr Gresty.
I’m a London based designer, illustrator & curator. I love what I do. I’m always planning my next project, the one after, and the one after that.
I have worked for a number of agencies, creating work for a range of companies from start-ups to worldwide brands. You can see some of that here, just select ‘Design’, ‘Art Projects’ or ‘Books’ in the options above.
Since 2009, I’ve been busy working on my own projects – screen printing, exhibiting and curating themed group shows. I run LHR -Exhibitions, a platform for artists to showcase their work in three London venues.
In July 2011 I released the first in a series of three English language picture books: An A to Z of Twords. In 2012 I teamed up with William Jackson, an English language teacher based in Tokyo, to illustrate and publish his great idea The Reader’s Digestive, an illustrated walk through the world of the biscuit. In 2013 came ‘Conquests of a Loser – Memoirs of Chris Peacock’, a comic of Chris’s more successful attempts to interact and understand the fairer sex.
I’m also a member of Maison Twenty, a twenty-strong collective of artists and designers from the UK. Our T-shirts are stocked by Harvey Nichols, Harrods and Browns, and make you look even more handsome and/or beautiful than you already are.
