DESCRIPTION

Trish’s work is inspired by her love
of all things 50s, life’s memories,
experiences and discarded ephemera.
Her designs although colourful and
vibrant can contain humorous
or serious messages to amuse or
provoke.

Patterns are created using a variety
of mediums ink, collage, photography
and computer manipulation.

Her latest designs are influenced
by the humble peg, a symbol of the
mundane duties of motherhood.
Trish creates pattern to both amuse
and express the the message
Mothers are human too’.

She delightfully recreates the joys of
motherhood from her own experience
of being a parent combined with the
traditional male view of mothers.

Her world of impeccably
dressed peg mothers express a
series of scenarios that every
mother can relate to.
